At Curious Weims, we truly have a passion for everything Weimaraner, and we hope that shows through everything we do!! One of our main goals is to be a top resources in the United States for anything regarding Weimaraners. People who get a Curious Weim say that we’re one of the most reputable breeders of both Blue and Silver Weimaraners in the country. We strive to live up to that! Curious Weims takes a great deal of pride in our Weims and the bloodlines we breed are heavily researched and tested. We strive to better the breed and provide you with an exceptionally bred Weimaraner in both temperament and health.
One of our true joys is finding incredible forever homes / families for our pups, rescues, and rehomes! We’re proud to say that our Weims go to families all over the country. Many families drive long hours or fly to a local airport to pickup their new pup from Curious Weims.

So You Want to Get a Curious Weim? Here’s Our Process:
After we receive your message through the Contact Us Page on the website or on Facebook, our process to get a Curious Weim is as follows:
Curious Weims First Step
- We start by finding time to speak on the phone to answer any questions you may have for us. We’ll also have a few questions for you as well. Usually, we try to find a time in the next day or so, whatever is most convenient for you.
- Between now and when we speak on the phone, we ask that you please do the following:
- Please fill out the Curious Weims New Family Questionnaire here on the website so we can get to know you and your family a little better.
- Please read through our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section here on the website, and make a list of any additional questions you have for us.
- Please head over to the Curious Weims Facebook Page and look around at our posts and pictures, as well as watch as many of our past videos as you have time for.
- Please read through all of our testimonials on our website as well as our reviews on Facebook.
- We ask you to please continue researching Weimaraners as well as learning more about us.
- Our scheduled phone call. During this phone call we’ll go over available puppies, upcoming litters, our Puppy Preschool and why we suggest it. We’ll also go over our health guarantee, costs, our pickup process, and what we expect from you. Anything else you might want to know about us and our Weims can be discussed on this call!
Curious Weim Second Step
- If we believe that you would make an excellent family to get a Curious Weim and you also want to move forward with getting a Weim from us, we will send you a few documents:
- The Curious Weims Purchasing Agreement with Health Guarantee
- Our document on how we accept payment
- Our document going over our Puppy Preschool and all its details
- From there we ask that you fill out and sign the Curious Weims Purchasing Agreement with Health Guarantee. Then, scan it back into the computer and email us a copy of it.
- Then send us the deposit as described in the document that goes over how we accept payment.
- Once we have reached that point in the process, your families name will be added to our New Family list for the litter that you are planning to get a puppy from, and you’re all set!! Or if you are adopting a Rescue / Rehome, we will work together to setup a time for you to come pickup your new Curious Weim!
- Once the litter of puppies you’re waiting for are born, expect to see AT LEAST a video update every week on the Curious Weims Facebook Page as well as additional pictures and updates of the litter posted as they grow and reach milestones!

If we don’t have a litter available or planned when you are searching for your special Weim, or you are looking to get a Weim sooner, we will be more than happy to refer you to another reputable breeder if we know of one that has puppies available at that time. We will also happily assist you with any questions you may have about this incredible breed!
